Our Moroccan Culinary local guide will meet you at the point of pick up. Take you to the open traditional market to purchase the ingredients needed for the Dish of your own choice. Take you back to Hajja traditional house in the Medina (old city of Fez) who will be assisting you and teaching you the technics and methods to savor a Moroccan Tagine as an entry and its appetizers that go with it. You are welcomed in most traditional fashion to enjoy being with this typical Moroccan family by a tea ceremony. During the setting, you will be briefed on how Moroccans cook every meal freshly to avoid any oxidation. Later, you will get your aprons on and start preparing your dinner dish. Once done cooking leave your dish simmer over the stove and retreat to the parlor to mingle and interact with your host, with the local family hosts. The table will be set for you. Traditionally, your host will bring a special ornated Dish where we traditional wash your hands. And start serving you the appetizers of diverse salads fresh and cooked, the main dish you have prepared as the entrée. Clear the table when you are done savoring your Moroccan meal and serve you seasonal fresh deserts. Once done, the host will again wash your hands and ask you for your drink of choice between Freshly brewed coffee or Mint-tea with served of course with Moroccan homemade cookies. If you have a sweet tooth, you will fall in love with Moroccan freshly baked pastry especially the Ghrayba of fine semolina or Gazelle Horn of almond paste in the finest filo-dough. You can ask for Feqqas too. It is most used pastry/cookie served with a hot drink like Moroccan Coffee or ceremonial Fassi Mint-tea.
